Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if a product is defective, damaged, or not delivered as promised.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
